    CSI has done great work on our condo building in North Center. Mike and his team has done work to our roof, sealing of the building, and general maintenance to the building. They are very responsive to coming out when there is an issue and has also done several different projects to our actual unit.

They completely gutted our existing bathroom—down to the sewer line beneath the concrete—and rebuilt it into a fully functional shower space.
